tips that have helped me

to move across the floor, "My intentions are to get to this certain point" "My goal is to get to a certain point" and your body will move naturally to that spot.

Always remember starting pose. Keep things quiet.

Rest your arms where they feel most natural.

Very Important... BREATHE.
